Prescribed application for Entrance Test together with Instructions Booklet can be had in person on payment of Rs. 200/- in cash at all the Head Post Offices and all the Post Offices located in the University Campuses in the state of AP. Candidates outside AP (who can seek 50% MCA seats at Not, Warangal) can obtain the same by sending DD for Rs. 200/- on any Nationalized bank draft in favor of Secretary, APSCHE, Hyderabad payable at Hyderabad along with a self addressed stamped envelope size 30 x 25 cm to the Convener, EdCET 2003.
