Qualified candidates in EdCET 2007 can attend for counselling

Hyderabad, September 26, 2007

According to a statement issued by MD Christopher, Secretary of AP State Council of Higher Education said that the counselling for the candidates who have qualified in EdCET-2007 for admission to the B.Ed course will begin from October 22, 2007.

The counselling will be offered through both the university network of six universities as well as the polytechnic network. The statement said that a detailed schedule will be released shortly.

B.Ed colleges which have obtained NCTE recognition and affiliation of the Universities concerned in addition minority status in respect of minority colleges by October 18 will be considered for admission of students during the counselling.
